The general process. Each role page describes what applies to that specific position – such as the work sample.
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
A short, announced exercise with fictional material – about 30 minutes of preparation at most.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Preparation
You don't need an account, a cover letter or a perfect CV. An honest, specific answer to the role's entry question tells us more.
Allowed use of AI
You may use AI tools to prepare. For the work sample we tell you in advance what is allowed. What matters is that we can see how you think.
Human decisions
No automated rejections, no invisible ranking. Every application is read and decided on by a person.
Support with barriers
If you need a different format for the conversation or work sample, just tell us. We will find an equivalent alternative.
How we handle your data
We only use your details for the application process. They do not go into the sales CRM, newsletters or customer systems.
