Video / Social Content Producer

Turn knowledge, conversations and real examples into videos and social posts that genuinely help entrepreneurs.

Why this role exists

Many entrepreneurs learn through short videos and posts. With the weekly “Der Weg des Geldes” webinar, the Sales Gym and customer conversations, Peak Atlas has a lot of knowledge – it should reach the right people regularly and in good shape, without producing generic content.

Your outcomes

  • A reliable production workflow from idea to publication.
  • Reusable formats for video and social media.
  • Approved content derived from webinars and conversations.
  • Regular reviews of which content resonates with the audience.

Your day and scope

Concept, filming and editing, repurposing webinar material, writing social posts, alignment with Content, Design and Demand Generation, reviewing community feedback. Recording people only with their consent; claims are checked before publication.

Boundaries: You own producing and publishing video and social content. Overall strategy, paid campaigns and long-form written content sit with other roles.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Understand voice, audiences, existing material and current channels; set up a simple production workflow.

  2. By day 60

Publish approved content regularly and establish first reusable formats.

  3. By day 90

Run a steady publishing rhythm and adjust formats with reasons based on the review.

What you bring

  • A portfolio of your own video and social work.
  • Confident with filming and editing.
  • A feel for clear, honest content.
  • Reliability with deadlines and approvals.

What you can learn with us

  • Our audience's topics in detail.
  • Specific tools and platforms you have not used yet.

When this role is less of a fit

You are mainly after reach at any cost, or want to publish content without fact-checking and approval.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded task: from synthetic raw footage we provide, you cut a short clip and write an accompanying post. We explain allowed tools and AI use in advance. People assess selection, clarity and craft. Nothing is published.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„You have the recording of a one-hour webinar. How do you decide which parts become standalone pieces of content?“
