Why this role exists
Peak Atlas combines knowledge, tools, advice, hands-on execution and community. Many initiatives touch several areas at once – sales, product, customer success and finance. So that good ideas do not get stuck between teams, we need someone who analyses, prioritises and makes delivery visible.
Your outcomes
- Clearly stated priorities with owners and time frames.
- Well-founded decision papers with options, assumptions and a recommendation.
- A traceable overview of where key initiatives stand.
- Improved workflows at the interfaces between teams.
Your day and scope
Preparing analyses and decision papers, steering cross-team initiatives, preparing planning and review meetings, naming bottlenecks and resolving them with the owners. You use AI tools for research and preparation; responsibility for statements and recommendations stays with you.
Boundaries: You own analysis, planning and delivery tracking for selected initiatives. The functional work in each area and the final decisions sit with the respective owners.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Understand offers, teams, current initiatives and decision paths; create a first overview of priorities.
By day 60
Actively steer one or two cross-team initiatives and introduce a simple rhythm for status updates.
By day 90
Run a reliable planning and review rhythm and have presented an evidence-based decision paper on a strategic question.
What you bring
- Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations or a comparable role.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Ability to move initiatives forward without direct authority.
- Clear written and spoken communication in German.
What you can learn with us
- Our portfolio and target customers in detail.
- Our internal tools and planning formats.
When this role is less of a fit
You want pure concept work without responsibility for delivery, or you need clearly defined tasks without ambiguity.
Compensation and conditions
We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.
Your application process
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
An announced, time-bounded case study on a fictional company: a short analysis, two or three options and a reasoned recommendation with a delivery plan. No real company data, no unpaid work. People assess structure, judgement and practicality.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Your entry question
„Three teams each consider their own initiative the most important one this quarter. How would you get to a well-reasoned prioritisation?“
