Product Marketing Manager

Make it clear who Peak One and the Peak Atlas offers are for, which problem they solve and why that is credible.

Why this role exists

Peak Atlas combines knowledge, tools, advice, execution and community. That is powerful but needs explaining. Sales, marketing and product need a shared, evidence-based language for which offer is the right next step for which business.

Your outcomes

  • Clear, agreed positioning and messaging per offer and audience.
  • Prepared launches of new features and offers with Sales and Marketing.
  • Evidence-based sales materials and competitive context.
  • Regular insights from customer and sales conversations for the product team.

Your day and scope

Conversations with customers, sales and product, positioning and messaging work, preparing launches, creating materials with Content and Design, watching the market. Claims about impact only with evidence.

Boundaries: You own positioning, messaging and launches. Product decisions, campaign management and sales conversations sit with other roles.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Get to know the offers and Peak One thoroughly, talk to customers and sales and collect existing messaging.

  2. By day 60

Develop agreed positioning for one prioritised offer and test it with Sales.

  3. By day 90

Have fully supported one launch and documented a repeatable process for future launches.

What you bring

  • Experience in product marketing or positioning B2B offers.
  • Clear writing in German.
  • Ability to draw solid insights from customer conversations.
  • Close collaboration with Sales and product.

What you can learn with us

  • Peak One and the portfolio in detail.
  • The specifics of small and mid-sized businesses as an audience.

When this role is less of a fit

You want to develop messaging at your desk without customer contact, or promise impact that cannot be backed up.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded task: for a fictional software offer with synthetic customer quotes you develop a short positioning and one message per audience. People assess clarity, grounding in evidence and audience understanding.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„How would you explain in two sentences to a trades business why Peak Atlas could be relevant to them – and how would you check whether that is true?“
