Why this role exists
Product development has so far been founder-led and heavily AI-supported. As the platform grows, we need someone who brings together customer problems, feedback from sales and customer success, and technical possibilities, and turns them into clear priorities. This role builds that product practice – together with company leadership, not around it.
Your outcomes
- A traceable, regularly reviewed product prioritisation.
- Clearly described problems and requirements that design and engineering can work with.
- A reliable path for customer feedback to reach the product.
- Shipped improvements whose impact is checked and reported honestly.
Your day and scope
Talking to customers and internal teams, sharpening problems, writing requirements, weighing solutions with design and engineering, reviewing usage and documenting decisions. You make sure modules build on the shared data model and that AI features suggest while people decide.
Boundaries: You own the what and why: problem understanding, prioritisation and impact review. The how sits jointly with design and engineering; product vision and strategic direction stay closely aligned with company leadership.

When this role is less of a fit
You mainly want to maintain roadmaps and slides without talking to customers, or pass requirements along instead of questioning them.
Compensation and conditions
We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.
Your application process
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
An announced, time-boxed task: draw out a problem from synthetic customer feedback, justify a short prioritisation and write a concise requirements document. No unpaid work on Peak One, no contact with real customers. People assess problem understanding, prioritisation and clarity.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Your entry question
„Sales urgently wants a new feature for a single prospect. How do you decide whether and when it gets built?“
