Why this role exists
Our target customers have little time and a lot left open: contacts, offers, services and payments without a clear next step. Peak One is meant to bring order to exactly that. There is a binding design playbook for it – calm, warm, light surfaces, burgundy as the accent, Instrument Serif and Inter. This role turns it into well-thought-out flows and develops it further with the team.
Your outcomes
- Clear, tested flows for core tasks in Peak One.
- Consistent application of the design playbook across all modules.
- Reusable components and patterns that speed up development.
- Decisions based on observing real users, not on taste.
Your day and scope
Sharpening problems with product and engineering, sketching flows, building prototypes, testing with users and following designs through to implementation. You also shape how AI shows up in Peak One: it suggests, people decide – and the interface has to make that clear.
Boundaries: You own the user experience and visual execution of Peak One within the design playbook. Product prioritisation and technical implementation sit with closely connected roles.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Get to know the design playbook, Peak One and our target customers; document the biggest friction points in core flows.
By day 60
Redesign one clearly scoped flow, test it with users and ship it together with engineering.
By day 90
Document reusable patterns and establish a regular rhythm for user testing.
