Your outcomes
- A documented, repeatable vetting and admission process for experts and offers.
- Current, complete profiles and offers on the marketplace.
- A clear process for feedback, complaints and cases that need resolving.
- Regular reports on quality and bottlenecks in marketplace operations.
Your day and scope
Reviewing admission requests, following up on documents and profiles, helping providers get set up, handling feedback from entrepreneurs, moderating cases fairly and documenting processes. Close alignment with the Marketplace Manager, Support and Revenue Operations. Data is handled under clear privacy rules.
Boundaries: You own day-to-day marketplace operations. Marketplace strategy, terms and product development sit with other roles.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Understand the marketplace concept, quality criteria and existing processes; carry out first reviews with support.
By day 60
Run vetting and resolution processes on your own and document the key steps.
By day 90
Carry marketplace operations reliably and have delivered one evidenced improvement to a process.
What you bring
- Experience in operational roles with many stakeholders, e.g. platform, partner or customer operations.
- Care and documentation discipline.
- Fairness and calm when resolving cases.
- Clear communication in German.
