Why this role exists
Peak Atlas cannot and should not take on every task itself. Entrepreneurs sometimes need targeted outside help – and have little time to tell good providers from bad ones. A marketplace with clear quality standards can close that gap, if supply, demand and trust are built carefully.
Your outcomes
- A clear marketplace concept: for whom, with which offers, under which rules.
- Traceable quality criteria for admitting experts and offers.
- A healthy balance between demand from entrepreneurs and suitable supply.
- Regular review of whether matches actually work for both sides.
Your day and scope
Understanding what entrepreneurs need, identifying suitable experts and offers, developing admission rules, working with Product on integration into the platform, and aligning with Partnerships, Community and Customer Success. Terms and contracts only within the approved frame.
Boundaries: You own the concept, quality and development of the marketplace. Technical delivery sits with the product team; day-to-day operations can sit with Marketplace Operations.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Understand target customers, the platform and existing partner relationships; talk to entrepreneurs about the support they need.
By day 60
Agree a marketplace concept with audiences, offer areas and quality criteria.
By day 90
Run a limited pilot with selected experts and entrepreneurs, evaluate it and propose next steps with reasons.
What you bring
- Experience with marketplaces, platforms or matching models.
- A feel for quality and trust on both sides of a market.
- Analytical thinking and structured execution.
- Clear communication in German.

When this role is less of a fit
You want to onboard as many providers as fast as possible regardless of quality, or you are looking for a purely conceptual role.
