Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Guide people after their first contact with Peak Atlas with relevant messages – from the webinar to active use.

Why this role exists

Someone who attends the “Der Weg des Geldes” webinar or takes the Revenue Leak Check is not yet ready for a sales conversation. And customers need support to keep going. This role builds journeys that offer the right next step at the right time – consent-based and without flooding inboxes.

Your outcomes

  • Documented lifecycle journeys for the key entry points.
  • Clean segmentation and consent management.
  • Traceable reporting on which messages lead to next steps.
  • Agreed hand-overs to Sales and Customer Success.

Your day and scope

Planning, writing and testing email and messaging journeys, maintaining segments, reporting, alignment with Content, Revenue Operations, Sales and Customer Success. Sending only with valid consent and under applicable privacy rules.

Boundaries: You own messaging journeys after the first contact. Paid acquisition, sales conversations and CRM configuration sit with other roles.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Review existing entry points, messages, segments and consents; name the biggest gaps.

  2. By day 60

Revise or rebuild one prioritised journey, with a clear hypothesis and measurement.

  3. By day 90

Run several journeys in a regular testing and improvement rhythm and share results with Sales.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience with email or lifecycle marketing.
  • Clear writing in German.
  • Care with segmentation, consent and privacy.
  • Analytical thinking.

What you can learn with us

  • Our tools and data structure.
  • The Peak Atlas portfolio in detail.

When this role is less of a fit

You want to send as many messages as possible to as many contacts as possible, or send campaigns without reviewing results.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded task: you outline a short messaging journey for attendees of a fictional webinar, with goals, segments and measurement. People assess relevance, structure and handling of consent. Nothing is sent to real contacts.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„Someone attended the webinar but has not responded to any message since. What would you check before sending another email?“
