Investor Relations Manager

Build factual, reliable communication with shareholders and capital providers – transparent, coordinated and legally sound.

Why this role exists

As a stock corporation, Peak Atlas has shareholders and corporate obligations. Capital providers and shareholders deserve clear, consistent and evidence-backed information about development, strategy and risks. This role builds the investor relations function so that trust comes from reliability – not from promises.

Your outcomes

  • A consistent equity story with evidence-backed statements and honestly named risks.
  • Clear processes for communication with shareholders and capital providers.
  • Well-prepared materials for conversations and corporate meetings.
  • Coordinated approval of all financial and corporate statements with Finance and Legal.

Your day and scope

Preparing materials and presentations, coordinating enquiries from shareholders and capital providers, preparing and following up on leadership conversations, preparing figures together with Finance and supporting the organisation of the annual general meeting. All statements are agreed in advance with Finance, Legal and leadership.

Boundaries: You own building and developing investor relations. Financing decisions are made by leadership; Finance owns the figures and Legal handles legal questions.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Understand the business model, corporate structure, existing materials and the AG's obligations; clarify open questions with Finance and Legal.

  2. By day 60

Set up a first consistent company presentation for capital providers and an approval process for statements.

  3. By day 90

Run a reliable process for enquiries and reporting and have the next corporate meetings well prepared.

What you bring

  • Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment management or a comparable role.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics and company reports.
  • High care, discretion and awareness of the legal limits of statements.
  • Clear, factual communication in German; English is particularly helpful here.

What you can learn with us

  • Our portfolio and target customers in detail.
  • The corporate processes of our AG.
  • Our internal finance and reporting tools.

When this role is less of a fit

You want to persuade with exaggerated growth stories rather than provide evidence-backed information, or you are looking for a role in a fully established IR department.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded task on a fictional company: write a short shareholder update from synthetic figures and present opportunities and risks in a balanced way. No real company data, no contact with real investors, no unpaid work. People assess clarity, balance and care.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„A shareholder asks for a forecast that is not robust internally. How do you respond – and how do you make sure all shareholders stay equally informed?“
