Why this role exists
Peak Atlas combines learning content, software and execution offers with different economics. To decide where time and money have the most impact, we need traceable planning and analysis. This role makes visible what pays off and what doesn't.

- A maintained planning model with documented assumptions.
- Regular forecasts with explained variances.
- Profitability analyses of offers, channels and initiatives.

Working on the planning model, plan-versus-actual comparisons, analyses of revenue, costs and contribution margins, aligning with Sales, Revenue Operations and Controlling on data sources and definitions, and preparing material for decision meetings.

When this role is less of a fit
You want to build models without aligning with the functions, or are looking for a role with fixed, unchanging reporting templates.
Compensation and conditions
We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.
Your application process
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
An announced, time-boxed analysis of a fictional dataset: explain plan-versus-actual variances and derive a reasoned recommendation. No real company data, no unpaid work. People assess method, plausibility and clarity.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Your entry question
„The forecast has differed clearly from actuals for the third month in a row. How do you find out whether the model or reality is the problem?“
