Why this role exists
Community is a core part of Peak Atlas. The weekly “Der Weg des Geldes” webinar, our own events and appearances at third-party events can be particularly credible routes to good conversations – if they are well prepared, properly followed up and aligned with Sales.
Your outcomes
- A reliable webinar process from invitation to follow-up.
- Planned events with a clear goal, budget and stop criterion.
- Clean, timely hand-overs of attendees to Sales and Lifecycle.
- Traceable reviews of which formats lead to qualified conversations.
Your day and scope
Planning and organising webinars and events, alignment with speakers, Content, Design and Sales, managing vendors, attendee management, follow-up and reporting. Budgets and contracts only within the approved frame; attendee data under clear privacy rules.
Boundaries: You own events and webinars from planning to hand-over. Talk content, sales conversations and lifecycle journeys sit with other roles.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Shadow the existing webinar process, review past events and name the key gaps.
By day 60
Stabilise the webinar process with checklists and hand-overs and plan one prioritised event.
By day 90
Have run and reviewed the planned event and presented a reasoned recommendation for further event planning.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience planning B2B events or webinars.
- Strong organisation and reliability.
- Cost awareness.
- Close collaboration with Sales.
What you can learn with us
- Our webinar and CRM tools.
- The Peak Atlas portfolio in detail.
- Specific event formats you have not owned yet.
When this role is less of a fit
You enjoy planning events but do not want to be accountable for follow-up and results.
Compensation and conditions
We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.
Your application process
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
An announced, time-bounded task: you outline the flow of a fictional entrepreneur event from invitation to hand-over, with goals, risks and measurement. People assess structure, realism and link to sales. No contact with real vendors or attendees.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Your entry question
„A webinar had many registrations, but hardly anyone spoke to Sales afterwards. Where would you start?“
