Enterprise Account Executive

Guide larger, more complex businesses with several stakeholders to an informed decision about working with Peak Atlas.

Why this role exists

The larger a mid-sized business, the more people are involved in a decision – owners, sales leadership, finance, sometimes IT. Such conversations need more preparation, more patience and close alignment with delivery and product, so that in the end we only commit to what we can actually deliver.

Your outcomes

  • Thorough account plans covering stakeholders, decision paths and risks.
  • Tailored proposals that stay within the approved frame.
  • Transparent forecasts even with long decision cycles.
  • Complete hand-overs to Customer Success and delivery with clear expectations.

Your day and scope

Preparing and running conversations with several stakeholders, workshops, proposal work, alignment with Sales Engineering, delivery and product, follow-up over longer periods. No discounts or commitments outside the approved frame.

Boundaries: You own larger opportunities through to the customer decision. Custom product development and ongoing account management sit with other roles.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Understand offers, delivery limits and Peak One; join existing larger opportunities and conversations.

  2. By day 60

Run your own opportunities with account plans and align proposals with delivery and Sales Engineering.

  3. By day 90

Run your area independently and have created a reusable template for account plans and proposals for larger customers.

What you bring

  • Experience in consultative B2B sales with several decision-makers.
  • Structured account planning.
  • Commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
  • Honest needs discovery, even if it means a no.

What you can learn with us

  • Product details of Peak One.
  • Our internal systems and approval paths.

When this role is less of a fit

You prefer short, quick deals without preparation, or want to make custom commitments not agreed with delivery and product.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded role-play with a fictional mid-sized company and two played stakeholders, plus a short account plan. People assess preparation, listening, handling objections and realistic next steps. No high-pressure sales test.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„The owner is enthusiastic, the head of finance is sceptical. How do you approach the next conversation?“
