Brand / Creative Designer

Give Peak Atlas a clear, recognisable look and design materials that make content easier to understand.

Why this role exists

Campaigns, webinars, sales materials, social content and Peak One create many visible touchpoints. Without shared design rules, things quickly look inconsistent. This role develops the brand further and makes sure all teams can work with it well and quickly.

Your outcomes

  • Further developed, documented design guidelines.
  • A maintained library of reusable templates and elements.
  • High-quality campaign, webinar and sales materials.
  • A clear process for design requests, priorities and approvals.

Your day and scope

Designing campaign visuals, presentations, social graphics and webinar materials, maintaining templates, alignment with Content, Video, Product Marketing and Sales, feedback rounds. AI tools can support you; creative accountability stays with you.

Boundaries: You own the brand look and communication design. Product design for Peak One, copywriting and campaign management sit with other roles.

Your first 90 days

  1. First 30 days

Review existing design, materials and requests; name the biggest inconsistencies.

  2. By day 60

Provide a first version of documented guidelines and core templates.

  3. By day 90

Run a reliable request and approval process and have improved the guidelines based on usage.

What you bring

  • A portfolio of brand and communication design.
  • Confident with typography, layout and colour.
  • Ability to simplify complex content visually.
  • Openness to feedback and collaboration.

What you can learn with us

  • Our audience and topics in detail.
  • Specific design tools we use.

When this role is less of a fit

You only want to work on big creative projects and not design templates or everyday materials.

Compensation and conditions

We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.

Your application process

  1. Short application

Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.

  2. First call

A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.

  3. Work sample

An announced, time-bounded task: for a fictional webinar you design an announcement graphic in two formats based on a short synthetic brief and explain your choices. People assess clarity, craft and reasoning. Your work is never used without your consent.

  4. Decision

A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.

Your entry question

„Three teams need a graphic on the same day. How do you handle it – and what would you change so this happens less often?“
