Why this role exists
Qualified conversations need advice, commercial framing and a reliable closing process. Not every prospect is a good customer – a well-founded no can be the right answer.
Your outcomes
- Strong discovery and traceable opportunity documentation.
- Fitting proposals with clear next steps.
- Transparent forecasts.
- Clean hand-over to delivery and customer success.
Your day and scope
Conversations, proposals, follow-up, clarifying decision processes and checking with delivery what can actually be promised. No discounts or commitments outside the approved frame.
Boundaries: You take opportunities to a customer decision. Unrealistic product promises and closing regardless of customer value are not part of it.
