Why this role exists
Knowledge is one of the building blocks of Peak Atlas – for example in the weekly webinar “Der Weg des Geldes” or in the Sales Gym. For this to become more than individual sessions, we need someone who organises learning formats and events in a planned, didactically sound and reliable way, and who makes sure participants actually put something into practice afterwards.
Your outcomes
- An agreed plan for learning formats and events.
- Reliably organised webinars and events with a clear flow.
- Learning content with clear goals that entrepreneurs can apply day to day.
- Regular review of participation and feedback, with improvements.
Your day and scope
Planning formats, preparing speakers and content together with subject experts, organising and running webinars and events, preparing learning materials, reviewing feedback and aligning with Demand Generation, Content and Community. Budgets are approved by an accountable owner.
Boundaries: You own planning, quality and delivery of learning formats and events. Demand campaigns, sales and the subject depth of individual content sit with the respective roles and experts.
Your first 90 days
First 30 days
Get to know existing formats such as the “Der Weg des Geldes” webinar, take part and collect improvement ideas.
By day 60
Agree a format and event plan and take ownership of a first format on your own.
By day 90
Run a steady rhythm of learning formats and events and have presented a review with concrete improvements.
What you bring
- Experience planning and running webinars, training sessions or events.
- A feel for didactics: what should someone be able to do afterwards?
- Organisational talent and reliability.
- Clear communication in German, including in front of an audience.
What you can learn with us
- Our content and methods in detail.
- Our webinar and event tools.
When this role is less of a fit
You want pure event logistics without a link to content, or mainly judge events by attendance numbers.
Compensation and conditions
We only commit to compensation, contract type, working hours and location once they are approved. We will tell you all of it concretely in the first call, before you invest time in further steps.
Your application process
Short application
Name, email and your answer to the role's entry question. CV optional.
First call
A personal conversation about the role, conditions and your questions. We cover compensation and location concretely here.
Work sample
An announced, time-bounded task: for a fictional topic you design a short learning format with learning goal, flow and follow-up. People assess didactics, structure and feasibility. Your sample is never published without your consent.
Decision
A person decides, never an AI. You always get a response.
Your entry question
„Four weeks after a webinar, how would you tell whether it really helped participants?“
